Immerse yourself in the sacred tradition of Cacao Ritual, connecting with the heart-opening properties of Ceremonial Cacao. In this offering, Kris will guide you through a journey that begins with learning about Ceremonial Cacao and it's medicinal benefits. Everyone will receive a cup of Cacao, being guided through a Cacao Blessing and meditation while sipping the Cacao. Stretch and release tension during your 1 hr 30 minute yoga portion before laying down to receive the healing vibrations of singing bowls and other sound instruments.
