Cacao for Beings Shipping Policy

At this time, Cacao for Beings ships within the United States only.

We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. If you are located in one of these areas or internationally, please reach out to us directly at kris@cacaoforbeings.com, and we’ll do our best to support your order separately as we continue to expand our shipping options.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after the ship date.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.00 on all domestic orders, as well as free, local pickup in San Diego.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been scanned into the USPS system, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Cacao for Beings is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of USPS.

Return Policy

Because our cacao is a food product, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact kris@cacaoforbeings.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue

We'll promptly send a replacement or provide a full refund — your choice.
